Promotional page

With the help of our specially developed promotional page you can announce your event in a unique way and inform potential visitors about what the event has to offer. The main goal is that potential visitors in a fast, easy and most of all fun way learn more about your event. We do this by making everything a little more personal. On the promotional page visitors can therefore:

View a short movie of your organization which explains the content of the event

View short movies of the speakers that reveal some information about their presentation

Stay informed about the latest news around the event

See which individuals or parties have registered for the event

Directly register for this event

Registration module

The application offers a registration module where visitors can register for your event. The registration information will be stored database that is accessible for you, from which you can also send direct mailings to the registered visitors. After registration your visitors receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with a unique login code that will give them access to the application for the period of time this is available.

Payment system

If the event is a paid event, a payment system can be linked to the visitors registration module. Visitors can choose to pay by credit card, bank or billing. After the payment visitors will receive a payment confirmation together with the corresponding invoice by e-mail and they are granted access to the application.

Personal profile

A personal profile for the visitors will automatically be created when registering for the event. This personal profile consists of a photo and additional information: name, title, industry, specialities/areas of interest and company name. This way visitors can present themselves and it also allows them to check out who else is visiting the event.

Attendees listing

On each page visitors find a list of the people and involved parties, such as sponsors, partners etc. that registered for the event. Through this list visitors can also check out all personal profiles and exchange contact information.

Broadcast

Through the efforts of our technical facilities the event will be broadcasted live online within the application. This is an audiovisual broadcast where both the speaker and the potentially accompanying PowerPoint are visible. You are free to pick a location of your own choice to facilitate the broadcast. The only requirement is that the location needs to have an internet connection that contains at least 1MB available upstream.

Direct questions

Visitors of the event have the opportunity to directly ask questions through the available live chatbox. These particular questions will also be answered directly (live) by the attending speaker.

Interaction and discussion

Before, during and after an event (as long as it’s available), visitors are able to use various kind of interaction possibilities. For starters the application contains a public chat box where visitors can communicate with each other. This chat box can also be used by you to initiate/organize discussions related to the event. You can directly invite your visitors for discussions by email using the database of personal profiles.

Besides the public interaction possibilities visitors have the opportunity to start a conversation with each other using the private chat. The private chat is directly accessible through the personal profile.

Archive

The broadcast can be recorded to be set available as a film in the archive of the event. Additional documentation such as a PowerPoint presentation can also be added to this film. The archive is open to the visitors of the event, through the use of their login code, for up to two months after the event has taken place.

Management system

The application also contains a management system for the organization of the event. This system allows the event manager (the organization) to customize the complete environment; both visually and textually. Additionally, this system contains functions for the management of all payments and visitors, a mailing system, the retrieval of statistics etc.
